Information for poster presenters
Posters will be on display from Thursday 6 morning to Wednesday 12 lunch time, on the 3rd floor of Palazzo del Casinò. The poster session will be held on Monday 10 July from 18:00 to 19:30.
The maximum poster size is A0 with portrait orientation (width = 841mm, height = 1189mm).
It will not be possible to print posters at the conference site or anywhere nearby.
Posters will be sorted by topic (see preliminary map on the next page). The poster stands will be labelled and identified with a board number so that each poster can be placed on its appropriate stand.
Double-sided tape will be provided for the poster stands. Do not use tape brought from home or pins.
Posters without a registered presenter will not be displayed.
Please be aware that poster presentation ensures a written contribution to the Conference proceedings. Poster exhibition and contribution to the proceedings are strictly related to the presence of one author as participant to the Conference, ready to discuss the content during the poster session..
